Bethany is a California non-profit organization incorporated in 2001. Its purpose is to promote the diffusion of education that supports economic self-sufficiency in Africa.

The goals of Bethany are:
1. To transform the lives of children through education;
2. To provide library services and educational material; and
3. To develop collaboration technologies for continuous learning.

Vision
To give underprivileged children and youth the same chance of success in life as privileged ones.
